Ongoing support for staff members
We have a series of sessions that can be delivered either in-person or virtually to your employees. Although generic enough to present to a group, they aim to be accessible and relevant.
If desired, we can work with you to develop a bespoke presentation; for example, to executives who have complex financial benefit packages.
To provide personal guidance, we offer 1:1 sessions. These sessions are for information and guidance only, but access to advice is available.
IQ visited my workplace and as a result identified a number of my employees were worried about access to medical services As a result I was able to review my staff benefits and, with the help of IQ, put private medical insurance in place. This means my staff see specialists sooner reducing their time off work and this also reduces their worries.
IQ came into my workplace and completed 1-1 sessions with a number of staff members ranging from mortgage discussions to investment, pensions and personal protection advice. The staff all said that they don't really make time to think about these things for themselves so it was great to have a workplace which facilitated these discussions, with experts, as part of their offering to staff.
